Richard Seiden
President

Mr. Seiden possesses a unique combination of fortune 50 business and technology experience and urban planning expertise which has enabled him to work on a distinctive suite of projects integrating technology into the built environment. He has held management positions at XO Communications, AT&T and Hewlett Packard and has deployed numerous technologies into the urban landscape. Mr. Seiden also possesses in-depth urban planning experience and has worked extensively in community development, land use planning and urban design. Not only has he lead teams that have deployed new technologies in the urban landscape, he has implemented leading edge technology and has lead teams who have deployed numerous urban technologies such as wireless voice and data solutions, mobile data solutions, Internet technologies and numerous other technologies throughout the United States.

Mr. Seiden holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, Project Management Institute as a Certified Project Manager, and is a member of the World Future Society.
